The Vision
Midnight Garden Productions creates stories, worlds, and experiences that invite people beyond the everyday. The next chapter is to give that work a permanent home.
We envision Midnight Garden as a physical destination for curiosity, connection, art, and immersive storytelling. A beautiful, slightly mysterious place where you could come to browse, meet someone, follow a conversation somewhere unexpected, or simply spend time in an atmosphere that makes you want to linger.
At its heart is the idea of a third place: somewhere beyond home and work where familiarity can grow, encounters can become friendships, and people can feel part of something.
The ambition is to bring that sense of belonging together with the imaginative possibilities of an immersive world. A place with its own character, its own rhythms, and reasons to return.
II · From day into evening
The Experience
By day, Midnight Garden would bring together curated retail, a welcoming parlor, and intimate gathering spaces.
Objects chosen with a point of view. Thoughtfully selected prepackaged drinks and snacks. Art, atmosphere, and details that reward a closer look.
You might arrive looking for something particular and find yourself staying for a conversation. You might make it a regular stop, bring a friend, or discover a gathering that draws you into a new circle.
The environment would be cinematic and elegant, with beauty, mystery, and a little danger in the imagination. Each space would be designed to carry you beyond the ordinary while remaining somewhere you could comfortably spend an afternoon.
After hours, the threshold shifts.
Ticketed immersive experiences, distinctive public events, and gatherings for members would bring new stories and encounters into the space. The full venue comes to life, from the parlor to the dedicated theatrical space, currently envisioned as the home of What the Silence Kept, an original immersive theatrical ritual experience.
Together, these uses would give Midnight Garden a life across the day and into the evening, with room for both everyday connection and carefully curated wonder.

The Parlor
A place for conversation, a quiet pause, or an afternoon with friends. Jewel-toned seating and changing projected scenery give familiar surroundings new possibilities.
The Threshold
A passage between worlds. Glowing sigils and an enchanted garden guide the way inward, with turns that shelter the atmosphere beyond from the daylight outside.
Curiosities & Everyday Pleasures
Whimsically dark objects to take home: jewelry, clothing, kitchenware, and décor, alongside thoughtfully chosen drinks and snacks. A little discovery in an ordinary day.
III · Bringing it to life
The Way Forward
Midnight Garden Productions is the existing experiential production company behind this vision. The permanent Midnight Garden destination is its proposed next chapter, currently in development.
That vision grows from practical experience creating and delivering live experiences: shaping guest journeys, supporting creative teams, launching productions, and understanding what it takes to keep an ambitious world working once its doors open.
The business we’re working toward would bring together complementary sources of revenue through curated retail, ticketed experiences, memberships, and events. Each would contribute to a place people could visit in different ways and return to for different reasons.
The ambition is a sustainable business that creates jobs, opens opportunities for artists and creative collaborators, and contributes to the life of its surrounding neighborhood.
Finding the right home and the right relationships is part of that work. We’re interested in connecting with property partners, creative collaborators, and supporters who see the potential in bringing an imaginative, welcoming destination to life in Los Angeles.
There is a great deal still to build. We know the care a place like this will require, and we’re ready to begin that conversation.
